Rates

Rates are quoted per unit per night. Rates vary, depending on duration of stay, number of guests and time of year. Special rates for pensioners on request. Rentals per day per unit are negotiable.

*Minimum 3 night stay applies over long weekends.

Off-peak rates from
  • R 1 000 for house
  • R 650 for cottage
  • R1 500 for both
In-season rates from
  • R1 500 for house
  • R 750 for cottage
  • R2 250 for both
High-season rates from
  • R2 200 for house
  • R900 for cottage
  • R3 000 for both

Terms & Conditions

Child Rate Policy
  • 12 and older pay full price.
  • Children under 12 pay half price.
Deposit & cancellation policy
  • 50% deposit is required to secure bookings with balance payable 10 days before check-in. We can only confirm your booking once we have received proof of payment (POP) of your deposit.
  • No refunds on early departure.
  • Regret no cheques or credit cards accepted.
  • Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged in full.
  • Same day bookings payable in cash on arrival.
Cancellation of Deposit Policy
  • 30 days cancellation 80% refund.
  • 15 days cancellation 50% refund.
  • 15-5 days 10% refund.
  • 5-1 days: no refund applicable.
Conditions
  • All damages and breakages should be reported, and will be replaced by us, but will be for your account payable on departure. Any structural damages will also be for your account.
  • No smoking in Bottom House or The Cottage during your stay, however there is a terrace and patio where this will be acceptable.
  • Our accommodation is child-friendly.
  • We do not allow pets.
